Letter of Authority (LOA)
Your permission for us to request quotes on your behalf. An industry-standard Level 1 LOA designed to protect you.
- Valid for 1 year (or shorter if you prefer) — you can add your own restrictions
- Revoke it at any time — no questions asked
- Our maximum fees are clearly stated upfront
- We cannot renew contracts without your explicit authority
Important: We're not locked together. You maintain full control.

We Obtain Quotes — No Obligation
- Compare quotes from 3–10 trusted suppliers; present the cheapest 3–5 side-by-side
- Recommend based on both price and customer service
- Simple quotes: 1–2 working days (half-hourly meters may take slightly longer)
In some cases we can provide initial quotes without an LOA, but we need one to proceed with contracts.
